I wouldn't have known it was unfinished if you hadn't said so! It looks absolutely beautiful as is, but of course I love overgrown plants. I really like the angle, too.
And I completely missed the first paragraph because I was so focused on the painting. xD
Will do. I'm inspired to try again, I just need to finish up on a resource-intensive web page first.

Funy you say you don't feel like finishing it, because that is by far my favorite painting of you so far. Apart from the sky being very (a little too ) blue, the colors on this one are amazing. Beside that, the custom brushes don't hinder, as they are combined with painting just perfectly. Looking at it a bit better, the perspective of the row of pillars seems a bit strange. Other then that, seriously amazing! Me likey the flowers :3

Yeah been thinking about doing that but I just can't seem to find something that I really want to draw atm. Though I think I know why my drawings have been sucking so bad lately. I'll get back to you guys on that once I confirm this and update my thread But yeah I am still drawing despite my inability to improve lately lol (in fact I feel like my drawings are getting worse O_O)
Those speedies look really nice. For that amount of time, they look fairly finished for me. Great use of textures!

Wow... that's so cool to see how much you've progressed over the past 2 years! We can really tell you've put a lot of work and effort into your art over such a short period!
Btw, your backgrounds are always so gorgeous! I'm always amazed at the level of detail you put in.

@Thistle thank you darling *hug*
@Aero a while ago XD
i have gamma a bit higher on my monitor, thats why is so dark on everyone else's. Usually i check all of my paintings on a several different pcs before i upload them, but atm im unable to do that >_<
And an art update:
Trying something different. Pose doesn't look too complicated but i had huge problems until i finally drew it properly >_< Will return on this after i finish the one below.
And painting im working on atm:
Idk whats going on with her hair... This will be a gift for someone (if i manage to finish it ) No, i didn't used Megan Fox as a reference
Oh i just remembered, someone asked before, (but i forgot who it was, sorry) for tutorial on how to properly follow reference. Sketching from Reference don't think this was on that site before, but nvm. Whoever tries this, just make sure to draw on different layers ^_^

The colors in the skull picture are really good, her skin tone and the skulls are really nice colors.
Perhaps to get that art block out of your sight, try something completely different? Either different material (have a go with some acryl on canvas or just regular pencils) or just different subjects. Hell I'm even drawing pokemons to keep me sane x)

Ooooh, nice colors.
And yay new tablet! I'm considering splurging and buying myself a new one; once I finish up this design commission I'm working on I should have enough to get a Intuos4. Even though I really should be responsible and save it
